🍴Ingredients:
- 1 cup of quinoa.
- 1/2 cup of water
- A little salt, pepper, oregano, smoked paprika.
1️⃣ First we soak the quinoa in water for at least 8 hours, so that it's easily manageable.
2️⃣ After draining and rinsing, we put it in a mixer / blender for a while together with the water and spices, until we have a smooth and slightly thick mixture (like that of a crepe).
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into a pan, or non-stick, spread with a spatula and place in the oven at 200oC for a maximum of 10 minutes, or else we can use a desiccator.
✅ It can accompany a seasonal salad instead of a slice of bread.
✅ It can be wrapped with marinated or grilled mushrooms with tomato, onion and mustard.
✅ It can be used as a base for a pizza.
✅ Gluten and yeast free.
